À propos de l'événement
The Swiss UMEF University is pleased to invite you to its next Apéro Géopolitique conference:
“Ukraine: What’s Next? The Polish Perspective”
The ongoing war in Ukraine has profoundly reshaped Europe’s balance of power and revived the unresolved tensions of the Cold War. Beyond the question of territory and sovereignty, it reflects two competing visions of the world: one rooted in state sovereignty, the other in a security framework still marked by bloc dynamics.
For Poland, given its geography and historical experience, the conflict carries a special significance. Between regional solidarity, security concerns, and collective memory, the question “What’s Next?” extends far beyond Eastern Europe.
This conference will offer an open and critical discussion on Poland’s role, perception, and societal response to this evolving geopolitical challenge, and more broadly, on the future of Europe’s security order.
