The Master of Business Administration (MBA) provides advanced, high-level training in management, designed to develop the essential skills of future managers, executives, and entrepreneurs. It covers core areas of business administration, including strategy, finance, marketing, leadership, human resources, digital transformation, and innovation.
The first two semesters comprise a general common core, while the third semester - optional - allows for a professional specialisation tailored to market needs

Structure of the programme :
Duration:
The MBA is designed with flexibility to suit professional needs:
MBA Core Programme: 12 months, 60 ECTS (12 modules).
MBA with Specialisation: 18 months, 90 ECTS (16 modules + thesis or professional internship).
Modules and Credits:
The MBA Intensive programme consists of 12 modules, totalling 60 ECTS credits.
The MBA with specialisation programme consists of 16 modules and a thesis or internship, totalling 90 ECTS credits.
Examinations:
Each module includes a final examination, in various forms (written, oral, research work, etc.), as defined by the professor and approved by the Academic Committee. Exams can be conducted remotely or in person at one of the Swiss UMEF partner locations, depending on the student’s residence. Details of in-person examinations will be communicated via email or through the LMS platform.
Admissions:
A rigorous selection of applications is implemented.
Minimum of 3 years of experience
English proficiency for non-native speakers, unless previous education was conducted in English (TOEFL IBT 90, IELTS 6.5 or equivalent)
