One of the core values of SWISS UMEF is to enable every motivated candidate to have access to higher education. Hence, we maintain accessible study fees for all.

Swiss nationals and residents may request payment facilities should they be able to offer solid guarantees.

Refund Policies:

Tuition fees remain fully due to SWISS UMEF in the following cases:​

  • If the student withdraws during the academic year, the balance of the tuition fees remains due to SWISS UMEF and becomes immediately payable.

  • In case of cancellation of enrollment 30 days or less, before the start of courses, SWISS UMEF will retain the entire deposit. For cancellations made after this date, the remainder of the tuition fees is due to SWISS UMEF and becomes immediately payable, except in the case of an official refusal of the study visa by the Swiss authorities. In this case, administrative fees of 500 Swiss Francs are also due to SWISS UMEF.

  • In this eventuality, the candidate must provide the official refusal letter issued by the Swiss Authorities.

  • The refund will be made within 90 days from the receipt of the copy of the refusal letter by SWISS UMEF.

  • For any cancellation, withdrawal, or interruption of studies, notification must be made in writing (registered letter), with no refund due by SWISS UMEF.
