The Rector of SU was invited by the Presidency and Ministry of Higher Education and Research of Senegal to a 3-day summit in Dakar on the Educational Strategy in Africa to 2063. President Macky Sall, former UN Secretary-General Kofi Annan and several ministers and scholars attended. Rector Sangdel made a presentation of his 5E Theory. It was followed with great interest by the participants. He was invited to make presentations at other universities.
