A delegation of SWISS UMEF UNIVERSITY was received by President Macky Sall on November 3, 2014. President Sall was accompanied by several ministers and by the Rector of University Cheikh-Anta-Diop and other members of the faculty. The meeting led to exchanges regarding SWISS UMEF UNIVERSITY’s branch in Dakar. President Macky Sall thanked the Rector of SU for the creation of the SU campus and stated his belief that education plays an important role in the development of the country. He stated that his government would support this project. SU honoured President Macky Sall with a Doctorate HonorisCausa. The ceremony was followed by a cocktail during which more informal discussions were held.
