In the context of the SWISS UMEF International Relations programme, we had the honour and pleasure of welcoming the former PM of Guinee Conakry H.E. DIALLO Cellou at the SWISS UMEF campus on March 11, 2023.
He shared his experience as an African democrat in a conference entitled “The Endogenous and Exogenous Causes of Democratic Backsliding in Africa: The Personal Experience of an African Democrat”.
The conference was attended by the students of international relations students who were very interested in the conference and were at the origin of extremely interesting exchanges on the issue of democracy not only in Africa but worldwide.
