Student Research

 

All students are involved in conducting research as it is a requirement in the curriculum. Students must undertake a research project for their end of study dissertation or thesis under the guidance of a dissertation or thesis director.

 

Research undertaken by doctoral students are a major contribution to the resources of the center, particularly since SWISS UMEF has approximately 40 doctoral students conducting research under the direction of a thesis director.

 

They are encouraged to participate in conferences organised by SWISS UMEF or by other institutions.

 

They are also motivated to participate in the research projects of the research faculty or to initiate joint projects led by the students themselves.
