Description:

The programme allows students to have a broad understanding of the concepts and practice of digital marketing. It covers topics such as the basic marketing concepts, marketing research, consumer behaviour, branding, advertising, social media marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), email marketing, content marketing, and analytics. Students also learn how to analyse and interpret marketing data to make informed decisions and develop effective marketing strategies.

 

Objectives:

  1. Provide students with a solid base in marketing principles, including consumer behaviour, marketing strategy and market research.

  2. Provide students skills in digital marketing technologies and tools, including social media marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), email marketing, content marketing, and more.

  3. Ensure students acquire basic skills in critical thinking and problem-solving skills, enabling them to analyse marketing data and develop effective marketing strategies.

  4. Encourage students' creativity and innovation, so as to develop digital marketing campaigns.

Internship:

Students are strongly encouraged to conduct an internship so as to have a practical experience and the opportunity to apply in the real working world the knowledge acquired in class.

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including email, social media, and search engines.

  • Analyse marketing data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

  • Create quality content that resonates with target audiences.

  • Implement practices for search engine optimization (SEO) to increase website traffic and visibility.

  • Understand the importance of user experience (UX) in digital marketing and how to increase websites and landing pages for better conversions.

  • Develop and manage budgets, including paid advertising campaigns.

  • Effective communication with all stakeholders.
