In the context of the SWISS UMEF International Relations programme, we had the honour and pleasure of welcoming the former French Minister H.E. LALONDE Brice. He delighted the audience with the history of the development of environmentalism and its place in the face of climate change. He also elaborated on how it has led to economic, social and political issues that states attempt to solve.
