In the context of the SWISS UMEF International Relations programme, we had the honour and pleasure of welcoming the former Prime Minister of Romania and President of Swiss UMEF H.E. ROMAN Petre who lectured on decision making under conditions of risk and uncertainty. This is a skill of major importance in both politics and business.
